If a product you received from Ambiente is damaged, you should follow these steps:

  1. Document the damage immediately: Take clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and, if applicable, the exterior packaging, especially if the box shows obvious signs of transit damage.
  2. Contact Ambiente customer service: Reach out to the Ambiente customer service as soon as possible, ideally within the specified notification period outlined in your dealer agreement (usually within 24 to 48 hours of delivery).
  3. Provide order details: Have your order number, invoice number, and the specific item number(s) of the damaged product ready.
  4. Attach documentation: Send the photographs and a detailed description of the damage to the customer service representative via email.

Our customer service team will review the claim and arrange for a credit, replacement, or return of the damaged goods according to their quality assurance and claims process.
